Lost- Not the TV show
Not many things make me crazier than losing things. I am usually pretty responsible so it's really rare that I lose anything. I still have a ring that my parents gave me when I was five that I wore everyday until about a year ago. When I was a kid they took me to see "An American Tale" the movie with that mouse Fievel and he had this really cute hat. The whole movie I was so afraid that he was going to lose that hat that that was all I could think about. I just kept asking my Mom over and over, "where's his hat? where's his hat" Anyway, the point is I HATE losing things and lately I have been on a bad streak. Two weeks ago I lost one of my leather gloves which I loved and only got last Christmas...so pissed. Then on Friday I lost my glasses. My freaking glasses for god's sake! What am I a three year old? So I had to get new glasses yesterday...just what I wanted to spend money on around Christmastime. That definitely knocked my Christmas cheer down a couple of notches.Don't worry though...tonight I'll be wrapping presents, packing, and baking which should put me back up around an 8 or 9!

i'm not even sure that's in the movie...it's much more prevalent in the book. apparently when fluid dynamics gets a little boring nick dabbles in chick lit.
in bridget jones it also includes her weight and how many drinks she had the night before and i am definitely not going there.
I loved the American Tail movies! My favorite part was when he sang "Somewhere out there". I can really picture little Carolyn bugging the hell out of poor Fran about the hat.
I think I am rubbing off on you...I am sooo sorry. I mean look at me...I lost 2 debit cards in 2 weeks at different times, my drivers license, my memory card to my camera, and there was something else important too that I lost. It must be me.
BTW I was just thinking of you, sneezing, apples, and glasses - GROSS!
oh and please include how many drinks you had the night before in your blogs. That would be interesting to keep tabs on. Maybe we both can do it...and see that we really are raging alcoholics.
