Guest Post- Poetry

I've had a little case of the blogger's block this week so here's a guest post for everyone...a poem courtesy of my friend Marvin Flint....

In an era post-emancipation,
What rich fodder you find,
In female altercation.

Back and forth they go,
This pair, this duo,
They lead, they follow,
In slow escalation.

A rise, a fall,
What is that?
The apology rebuffed!
Stiletto to the eye; your foot, madam, crushed.

This still office day broken,
You look to your papers,
As shrill voices lock,
What was unsaid, spoken.

And our faces blank, speak not of our souls,
Inside there's joy, neigh, delight,
At the dreadful spectacle
That is the office bitch fight.
